Through your My HOME Portal you will be able to track your budget in real time, view your construction calendar, view pictures of your HOME during the build, submit warranty claims and much more.

President
Chris Lyons passion for construction and real estate was instilled early by his parents—Paul, a respected home builder, and Mary Lou, a seasoned real estate professional—who have collaborated in building and selling custom homes since 1983. Raised in Canyon, just south of Amarillo, Chris earned a degree in Business Administration from West Texas A&M University before joining Lyons Realty, where he played a key role in growing the firm into a thriving 60-agent brokerage serving Amarillo, Canyon, and Lubbock.
In 2016, Chris founded HOME By Lyons, continuing his family’s legacy while bringing a fresh, forward-thinking approach to residential construction. In 2024, he co-founded LYITE Development, a commercial construction and development company focused on delivering high-quality projects with a client-first mindset. In November 2025, Chris was installed as President of the Texas Association of Builders, reflecting his commitment to advancing the building industry and supporting communities across the state.
Today, Chris is recognized for his leadership across both residential and commercial sectors, building thoughtfully designed spaces and delivering an elevated experience for clients throughout the Texas Panhandle and South Plains.
